Problems with sexual intercourse/Libido

In the past have suffered with Libido problems, also erectile disfunction ( treated with Cialis). More recently, it has been pain that is causing troubles with having intercourse (hands and legs, feet). Any males having similar problems? Suggestions?

Now, you didn't really expect to get a response on this subject. We're British, stiff upper lip etc., so we don't discuss such issues. But, I think most MS males will admit to problems in this area. I know I have, but the only pain I've got is the one in the ar*e because things aren't working! So minimal function, but no pain. :)
