Cbd oil causes headache ?

Hibi had yesterday for first time cbd oil 5% 6 drops. I woke up with headache. Not much effect otherwise. Any advice?

You could take a Paracetamol or other Headache nursing pills just before you go to bed, should be of some help to you.

Thanks @peterfrancis For your advice. Headache didn’t last long a couple of hours in the morning no it’s all gone I will try again tonight is that right then you need to try a least a week to see a difference
