Terry Wahls and other diets

Hi is anyone following the Terry Wahls or any other particular diet, I am just starting to look into the different diets, some of the success stories seem unbelievable but I am a bit sceptical, what do you think, your views greatly appreciated
@loulou

I have just been looking at the many diets, Jellinek, Swank, Ann Sawyer, Wahls and its quite a minefield, I am particularly interested in hearing from any of you with PPMS that follow one of these diets and are you seeing any benefits thanks

@jonnydrama

I'm currently trying Jelineks (though not fully implemented...yet). I'm reading through his book at the moment. Even if you part implement it you'll still be a lot better off. The basics of all diets is low sat fat (20g or less per day), for Jelinek, no dairy (whey, skimmed milk powder in prepared foods are ones you need to look for!). Consumption of certain types of nuts/seeds and supplements for cod liver oil/vitamins. Cut out red meat. That is just a basic guide (obviously) but you can research it, chop and change. The end result is always going to be positive, the main one is reducing sat fat, the research done into that by Swank is shocking.
