Diet Tracking
Hey all, does anyone use apps or some kind of tracker to monitor their sat fat intake (as well as poly fat, certain vitamin intake etc)? I use MyFitnessPal, although its kind of geared toward weight management I find it great as just a diet management but I don't know if anyone uses anything else? If you're on MFP I'll gladly friend up to support and inspire others :-)
Sorry that sounded arrogant, I meant ideas for what to consume, not inspire you like I'm a lifestyle guru or anything!!
I used to use mfp just to be more aware of what I casually stick in my mouth and stop adding unnecesarry cals (to try and loose some kilo's) I'm not overweight but am sneaking up a dress size every two yrs or so. I do have the tendancy to snack and eat comfort food when i don't feel good. Thats kind of a vicious circle really fatiqued, no enrgy to shop or cook, get take away or eat rubbish, feel more tired etc etc. I have just received the ms diet book i will read it in my hols and start the diet in sep. Would be great to have a guru :)) x lottie
