Fancy some nutrition advice?

Morning all! Hope you are well. So as u may or may not know I am a qualified nutritionist. I have set up my own website and work at 2 clinics in London. I do also do skype consultations. Diet and healthy living is extremely important for everyone but especially when you have a condition like ours. And obviously I have MS so know exactly what u should and should not be eating! Anyway if any of you are interested in some dietary advice then I would be more than happy to help u? Here are some links to check out if you are interested? Hi Beccy, This sounds like something I reeeally need right now, just some advice!! I have relapsing remitting and my fatigue always seems to get the better of me. I am also a rower and training everyday, so just trying to train my body to overcome the exhaustion that I experience everyday (I'm not ready to give up the rowing yet, holding onto as much as possible for as long as possible). I know how important diet is for MS'ers, but I also need some dietary advice to help with my intense, stupid training programme! My diet is kinda shocking at the moment!! Thank you!!! x
