Diet

Hello fellow MS people! I joined up and have been loitering here for a couple of weeks now and have made a few friends... I wish I had found this forum years ago! I know this isn't the first post on the subject, but this is my first post here and I would like to get some opinions and suggestions on diet. I have recently started a new exercise regime after my neuro (quite rightly) told me off for being lazy. The exercise is proving beneficial (quelle suprise!) and now I'm thinking about my 'fuel'. I generally eat healthily anyway and take the usual supplements. I have been fairly stable for a few years now without any meds. Has anybody significantly changed their diet and has it made a difference? If so, how long did it take to notice the difference?

Vitamin D every morning. NO red meat, no milk. Fish, chicken & vegetables are good...

Hi @edmontonalberta Yeah, I take a vitamin D every day too along with an omega oil & a vitamin B complex. I eat lots of fish but I do eat a little red meat and have milk. Did you change your diet because of the MS?
