Alternative to drugs

This is something you might want to be aware of. As well as all the drugs out there for MS a diet has been scientifically proven to have better results than drugs. You can try this site for information on diet relating to MS https://overcomingms.org/ This talk explains a lot more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmZdI8jinIw This gives you a brief understanding (in less than 18 mins!) This gives you information about Dr. Terri Wahls who had secondary progressive and reversed her MS and is now walking and cycling around. http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-14451/how-i-went-from-wheelchair-to-walking-by-changing-my-diet-dr-terry-wahls.html Although I eat lots of kale I don't eat nearly as much as Terry Wahls says to use. I hope you don't feel too disheartened, I went on a vegan diet and haven't had a relapse for 2.5 years. Try it and you may have benefits too :) There's lots of information out there, just search "Nutrition MS" into Google or You Tube. Doctors aren't interested because they're not taught about nutrition. When I told my neurologist I wanted to stop my medicine he looked at me as if I was bonkers! (I haven't had any relapses since then) Vicky

That's wonderful! A vegan lifestyle really helps MS! I wish I'd been told earlier!

This is completely bullshit, without any evidence. It is the same as "sleeping on the left body side will decrease your fatigue"'.
