Mitochondria, anxiety & depression

Hi All! Hope you're all well and staying positive. I wonder who has watched Terri Wahl's YouTube video? It was quite mind blowing for me. It's funny too as I had watched it a few months ago but since I declined the Lemtrada and went vegan to try and help the MS, I watched it again and it made me change my diet, again!! One of the most crucial things she spoke about was the mitochondria in the brain. This is key for brain help and keeping it working properly, which is more important than anything to all of us... I quit my job a few months back and started my own business working with an online health and wellness company. One of our newest products is a Mind Health supplement and an ingredient in it is CoQ10, which helps support your mitochondria. It also has Phosphatidylserine in it, which is essential for normal healthy cognitive function and brain cells. It also encourages the release of three major neurotransmitters - serotonin, dopamine, and acetylcholine, which really help people suffering from anxiety and depression - in a natural way. No drugs needed!! I was already taking these daily but now I know all of these incredible benefits I wanted to share with you all too. Drop me a message if you'd like any more info or would like to get some for yourself. All the best, Sarah xx

Hi @Sarah-Louise-biggs. Just wondering what was it exactly that made you change your diet from vegan? I follow OMS which is vegan plus fish, but I still eat some chicken/turkey. Thanks!
