I know heat has an effect on fatigue but can it worsen your symptoms?? I had a relaspe in March affecting my hands. They were badly damaged so the relapse has taken sometime to get better and i still has pins in needles in my fingers. Today it has been 30degrees and my hands feel worse. They feel more tight and numb,can this be normal? P.s any advice on how to manage in this heat?
