My MS Development over the years

Funilly, I can remember being in the gym and after a while, just not being able to use a treadmill safely. Looking back now my symptoms all make sense. The poor balance development gradually. But I was very strong, muscular and you probably would never have thought. But many many years ago I met an elderly lady. When in a job-centre looking for work. She just looked at me and saw something was wrong. Took her around 10 mins to spot it and to ask. What a wise and wonderful lady. She spotted it and sometimes the ones around really haven’t a clue. Guys we got to start looking out for each other ok. We all matter and can need a little help along our way. Even just a simple smile and or a kind word.

Thank you for the beautiful words. I have been diagnosed recently as well and I also had the treadmill issue! I’m on it again now 3-4 times a week, and my balance is ok atm. I hope you’re ok

I have made up my mind to find new ways of doing things right! If we can no longer use the treadmill. Well they had better get a seated rowing machine lol. Because next year is approaching and I will not be submitting one bit!
