That was odd...
In the shower this morning my feet had an extreme fire sensation in the water. Almost like they were frozen and I poured hot water on them continually. But they started warm to the touch. It's just shocking that's the first time this has happened.
I've had this for years. It comes and goes; sometimes stays for a while and can affect just one foot or both!
It really is an odd sensation, isn't it? I've had it most days for the past few months. Sometimes wearing socks and footwear is unbearable, but other times it's fine. And at times the soles of my feet feel like they're on fire, and the next they're freezing! It's strange. I've heard it's a very common symptom though, so you're definitely not alone!
