Tecfidera UK and Ireland facebook group

I joined the tecfidera support group on Facebook. 6,800 members and a closed group. Lots of people who are going through it on the same meds... Have a good day mate 😆

Is there any way to join anonymously? I don't want all my Facebook friends to be able to see that I have joined the group, should I choose to join. I'm a really private person, and very few people know about my diagnosis, but I could do with being able to discuss issues with taking Tecfidera with other users.
