Suggestions for optic neuritis

Hai all,Im an optic neuritis patient.I was treated with IV and oral steroids for 11 days.For further investigation CT chest and abdomen and lumbar puncture was taken n was normal. Now im getting a blurred vision for my right eye which was treated. My course for tablets has been completed a month before. Should I consult doctor again.. Or will it be like this for my life time. Please give suggestions

@rojanv77 , it all depends on the dosage of the steroids. Usually, an MS relapse is treated with a daily dose of 500mg-1gm over a 3-5 day period. You may have been prescribed a taper dose to follow? Anyway, Steroids aren't an immediate fix. They'll be working with your body over the following 6-8 weeks to aid your recovery. But, it is your recovery, so you need to allow your body time to recover. So, be kind to yourself, rest up and allow your body to fix.
