Avonex Powder Solution

Hey Guys, Anyone out there using the Avonex powder solution that you have to mix yourself?? How difficult is it to mix and if you can get an auto injector for it, does it inject the solution or do you have to plunge yourself?? Currently on Avonex Pen but have to change as going travelling and refridgeration will be a problem!!

I asked my consultant about this before I went on holiday last year and he had no idea what I was talking about. I'm sorry that doesn't help you but that has restored faith in myself - I didn't make it up - but reduced my faith in my doctor.

After watching the Avonex info DVD from my ms nurse it looks very simple process to reconstitute. Im not 100% sure but i *think* you can draw it back into a syringe which can be used in the injector pen (which...ps I think looks like an instrument of torture!!! I'm going for the auto injector!!!!)
