Confused

Hi everybody. Recently had an appointment with my neurologist. I was diagnosed in April 2017 with rrms but on this visit she said it is likely to be secondary progressive. I'm having another mri, but on the last one it showed very old lesions and an active flair, is that possible with spms? If it spms, what can I expect next?
@Stumbler

@paulmorrison , the line between Relapsing Remitting MS (RRMS) and Secondary Progressive MS (SPMS) seems to be quite subjective. There's a brochure about SPMS here, which might help:- https://support.mstrust.org.uk/file/store-pdfs/Secondary_Progressive_MS_2017.pdf

Hi @stumbler Thanks for that, reading through it i can see why she thinks i am spms. I am just going to be grateful that I didn't realise until I was forty five.
