Whals Protocol was a book I was given, this person, Dr Wahl was a GP in Massachusetts, she improved her condition and has written all about it and given recipes, just a thought. www.wholesorts.com is my monthly blog where I document food that I know will slow me down and that I know is good for me, being on my own I comfort eat and although I know it is not good for me or my waste line sometimes it is all about living, take a read and good luck
Hi, I have tried many diets and found that through trial and error one that helps me. Wharls Protocol is good. Low fat organic. NO sugar, Only lean meat, no sweets but some dark chocolate, Green smoothies. Tried non dairy and gluten free too. I take lots of supplements :-)
