How to tell a new partner?

I have started a new relationship and have no idea how to tell her. I am fortunate to have Benign MS and am very private about my diagnosis due to people's inherent biases, so it's never come up but I have my annual MRI soon and feel I really should tell her. Any suggestions This willl be the first time I've had to tell

I was diagnosed in 2006 - I had very mild double vision - started straight on Avonex, now Aubagio - I have not had any new legions for a number of years and no symptoms since the first occurence
