Hello everyone

Hello everyone, I thought i would introduce myself as i joined shift.ms since it looks like i have MS. My name is Matus and I am currently in the diagnosis process. Had MRI and they found non active lesions (6 of them) on my brain, and i am currently awaiting results of MRI of the spine and a spinal tap to see what will be the next steps. Since about two years ago i felt weakness/pain in my left hip, which got relieved after exercising so did not think much of it. Last year i had a lot of stress at work and personal life and developed hydrosis ( excessive sweating) , saw a dermatologist and got botox injections , and again did not think of it. About 1 month ago i had a a situation where for 2-3 min i could not see clearly on my left eye, that prompted the MRI which revealed what i am probably facing. I do not have any movement restrictions, but do have bladder issues it seems (frequent urination) Since then i did the following changes: I started daily exercise routine Moved towards OMS diet Started with the following supplements: Alpha lipoic acid (1200mg daily) Vit D3 (4000 -5000 iu) daily Omega 3 and vitamin B complex supplements daily I have tons of questions but want to keep my first post shorter :) I am based in Dubai (if anyone is around let me know) Regards Matus

Hi @matus82 and welcome. Yes, it could be MS. Or, it may not. But, you are well along the diagnostic route. The lifestyle changes you have made will do you good from a personal health perspective. Just avoid stressful situations, as stress is not good for any of us. Tons of questions? There's always someone around to answer them. :wink:

@Matic91

wow your post is really apt and to the point. =) OMS diet? can you kind of describe your eating habbits? Vit. D3 you take pills with 4000IU or anything else? How long do you exercise and what kind of exercises do you perfom (stretching, balance, strenghtening)? best wishes Matic
