Ocrevus and Covid Immunity

I had my assessment appointment with my MS nurse yesterday for Ocrevus and I just wanted to query something with fellow MSers to see if there might be anymore info. I have been fully vaccinated with Pfizer, but my nurse informed me yesterday that there is a chance the Ocrevus infusion could wipe out my immunity. My understanding was that as long as you were vaccinated well in advance of your infusion it wouldn't effect immunity, but from what my nurse said it sounds like that might not be the case? She said there isn't really enough data available to know for sure as well. Does anyone have any more info on this? Quite scared by the possibility of being vulnerable to the virus again to be honest! Would love to hear from people on Ocrevus about how they're doing in this situation as well.

@Jennifer

Being on ocrevus it's not a guarantee you make antibodies and then harder to keep them post infusion. Everyone reacts differently so I'd recommend an antibody test. I know they're not perfect but better to know the assume you're safe and not me. I know both people who did and didn't make them. I'm ready for the research on it to come out.
