FURTHER UPDATE - Tecfidera - clamminess/tiredness

Good afternoon all, Blood results came back inconclusive so I am currently having a break from Tecfidera to see if that has anything to do with how I have been feeling. It's been so cold, weather wise, here yet some days my face feels so hot and I feel like I'm proper coming down with something and so tired. I don't suppose it could be anything MS wise? Quite a few people point towards it being my hormones but i've had blood tests and i'm still very regular so I don't think it is that, i hope not anyway. Just updating in the hope any of you have felt like this...i've had a proper bad back for the past two weeks too. Just feel a lot slower, more tired and achey but the weather might have a part to play in that. Appreciate any help or advice/experience. Good morning all, just thought i'd update you. MS nurse advised it's probably not the medication which is upsetting me and sent a letter to my GP to advise that, as they would not investigate further without this input. Since then I've had an ECG and several blood tests which came back normal - testing for things like thyroid issues, diabetes, calcium levels and a few other things I can't remember. I've since been back and they are arranging a 24 hour ECG and more blood tests looking at my hormones. They think it might be early menopause but I'm not sure really. I think it could be hormonal or some kind or allergy, I also still haven't ruled out it being the medication. Allergy wise, i'm not sure what it could be though, as my routine is very samey day to day. Anyhoo, i shall keep you updated. x .......................................................... Hi everyone, I just wondered if any of you on Tecfidera experiences clamminess in the face and a heavy tiredness. I have been on the drug for five years and get the rash and the runny nose sometimes but this is different and getting more regular. I went to the GP this week because of it, as I thought they might have some ideas or be able to do some tests - I thought it might be hormonal. It’s very debilitating and uncomfortable. He said it’s either a relapse or the tablets and to contact my MS nurse.. I found him rather dismissive. Any help appreciated x
