Hi all iv heard time and time again that dairy free gluten free and vegan diet are best for ms along with less stress and at least half and hr excersie a day and in time you will notice the difference. Was just wondering if anyone has done this new eating and how are they finding it? Iv ms 7 yes now and I'm 30,in November and for some reason I'm really feeling the systoms more intense over the past few months. Working full time is hard and iv been out a good bit this yr with sick leave. So I'm hoping that a good diet and a few tips from here will help me. Thanks all
