fatigue fun!

Hey everyone, I have been feeling more fatigued recently especially at work! Even though I've been diagnosed for years I have never gotten use the fact that I'm tired due to ms, think I'm being lazy and just try to snap out of it, plus not wanting to sound like a moany bitch at work I never really mention it!! Do any of you feel like this and any tips to 'snap' out of it?? Be good to hear from ya! Xx
@Stumbler

Kirsty, don't fight the MS, as it doesn't like losing. If your body says I'm tired, then take a rest. It's always wise to listen to what your body is telling you. It's all about managing the condition and not fighting it. Do your employers know about your condition, as they should consider how they can help you. Have a look through some of the MS Trust's publications about living with the condition:- http://www.mstrust.org.uk/shop/products.jsp?catid=46 Hope this helps.

@Becks

lived with chronic fatigue for 18 years....you can't 'snap out of it' so don't waste energy tryng!!!!! you're also not lazy... i do struggle with the emotional effect of fatigue but the best advice is listen to your body, rest when you need to rest and don't fight it as that is wasting precious energy unnecessarily, as is worryng about it - all easier said than done, i know x
