No mans land !!

Hi everyone, For the past few years, I have been bounced around my local hospital while they try to find a diagnosis for my problems. I have suffered for quite a while from serious pain in my left thigh radiating down my leg to my foot, sometimes it's like being jabbed with a live cable other times it feels like my foot and lower leg is in a bucket of iced water, initially diagnosed as meralgia parentheicha (trapped lateral femoral nerve), MRI & CT scans proved nothing, electroconductive tests were inconclusive as signals down to my foot were not transmitting correctly, needle testing proved that the sensory aspects of my leg were not transmitting the correct signals. As time has progressed these symptoms have worsened and I am now on Naproxen to control the pain, the symptoms are now starting to appear in my other leg as well as the constant sensation of pins and needles in my hands is now creeping in, joint pain has also started to appear along with occasional brain fog. I am still waiting to return for an appointment with the neurology dept at my local hospital, I am concerned that I am slowly getting worse and have put myself out here wondering if anyone had a similar journey to gain a diagnosis I have suspicions that MS is lurking but has been missed by the Dr's, I understand how hard it is to diagnose but can still be present without any obvious nerve damage, there is no family history of MS although my cousin does have Fibromyalgia but with very different symptoms. I just wondered what anyone's thoughts are on my problems and where do I go next, I am in the UK.
