Is changing your diet working for you?

Hi Everyone! I haven't posted on this forum in ages but just wanted to check in and see how you are all doing. I love the positivity and motivation that so many of you have. It is truly inspirational for me. I have done a complete lifestyle overhaul and I'm loving it. Sometimes I think I can actually feel the food nourishing and healing my body. I don't go near refined or processed foods and have cut out all gluten and dairy. I have even started a blog to share my experiences and any new diet insights, it's called MS Diet For Women. I would love to know who else out there is having success with their MS through changing their diet. I look forward to hearing from you! Kim
@lorag

I have been gluten free for 4.5 years now and diary free 8 years or longer (just don't like creamy or milk). Yes I do feel better I was very strict on my diet for around 3 years but then I got slack (started dating a man who loved to eat) So wasnt that strict and I felt like shit. I have now gone back to my strict diet (way of eating) and I am already feeling better. I don't eat red meat if have to have a little but not insterested and watch saturated fats. Basically following the Swank diet.

Hi @Kim@MSDFW great to hear you're doing well on a healthy diet, loving your blog too. Good for you lovey! x Like you @lorag I've cut out lots too- red meat, dairy (lactose free is ok though.) I'm pushing myself to get my little cottage industry business off the ground (promotes all the herbal medicine's and treatments for allsorts which i've been making for years) I think a more natural and more in touch with what your body wants is the right approach, lots of greens, plenty of water, and shitloads of cake for when the going gets tough. Seems to work for my body (my Ass may not agree, but I'm the boss!) x
