Exercise- over done it?

Hi all, just wondered if anyone else has had this. I cycle to work twice a week which is a 5k journey and do tend to push it a little hard but have never had any issues. The problem I'm having is at the beginning of the year I did the Gillian Michaels 30 day shred 20 minute workout and again didn't have any problems, doing stage 2 without issues. A couple of months ago I tried it again twice at the "easy" level but felt a bit dizzy/sicky afterwards so stopped. Just done it again tonight and I feel dizzy/sicky again, like a bad hangover before the drunkenness wears off and I didn't even do all the moves. Needless to say I'm not going to be doing it again but is this something to do with my ms? I have had episodes lately of muscle stiffness but they're reasonably sporadic. It's pants!

@jessvf14. I have had to stop doing certain exercises such as the rowing machine as I get really dizzy and my vision goes funny. Over the years I have had to change according to my (increasing) limitations. I find the Ms physiotherapists' to be a great help in giving me sensible exercises. They are the first place I would recommend anyone contacting as its so important to keep moving.?
