@illiana , I believe that spasticity and circulation may be two separate issues. There's some useful information on spasticity here :- http://www.nationalmssociety.org/Symptoms-Diagnosis/MS-Symptoms/Spasticity As for the circulation issue, our MS can affect this. If the brain is not receiving the correct messages from our extremities, i.e. our hands and feet, then it can't properly regulate the blood flow there. Have a read through this:- http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Raynauds-phenomenon/Pages/Introduction.aspx , which gives this symptom a name.....
Hi, my biggest symptom is spasticity and I have been lucky enough to find a good physio who specializes in ms treatment, she has taught me lots of exercises to stretch my muscles in the opposite direction, to the way they want to go. This has helped a lot, as has good advice like making sure your feet are on the floor when sitting and not sleeping lying straight out. Lyrica before bed also helps the muscles to relax a little. I have one bad leg that sometimes I wish I could cut off, just so I could relax and forget all this crap, but it isn't to be, so find a good physio and do the exercises. Good luck
