fatigue days
I feel today like I have been hit by a freight train from fatigue didn't sleep too well then had to train people on zoom for a few hours followed by a department meeting. Anybody got any good tips for fatigue apart from mainlining coffee and using speed.
I melt one square of Lindt 90% cocoa into my morning porridge (with honey too)... I think it helps! (It certainly tastes good if it doesn't!)
