Charring cross neurology

Absolutely shocking charring cross hospital - had a neurology appointment face to face for the first time in 2 1/2 years. M4 was buggered, was going to be late and chrisi was following behind so she can work after. called hospital after leaving the house at 7am to say ill be late but we are nearly there. get told i don't have an appointment as it was canceled, but no letter no nothing, I have had an MRI scan for this appointment so it's current, they tell me my next appointment is January 2023. so over 3 years of not seeing my neurologist, 3 years of not knowing what's going on with my MS and 3 years of 6 monthly telephone appointments that go "hi steve do you still have ms? the mri says you do. ok speak to you i 6 months." sorry but this is a joke and I'm glad im moving from that hospital.
@DominicS

Have you contacted PALS? There is NICE guidance on the management of MS. I'd have that to hand when I was asking why they see fit to deviate from the guidance. It also pays to contact the MS Nurse(s). I saw Omar malik at Charing X once (pre-pandemic) and it was all smooth sailing. Good luck.

i have been there for 6 years, but its been horrendous the last few years, im currently getting things chasnged to frimley health as its nearby but its a year waiting list. Was hoping my appointment was today to talk about my relapse, the transfer of my care and other stuff but obviously not. Ill contact pals tomorrow though as i only have so muc time in the day with work too.
