Here in the US it's important to look the type of fish and how it was caught. The main danger for pregnancy are things like mercury. We find wild caught Alaskan salmon has much less mercury then other salmon and much less then other fish. Getting tuna caught young has less mercury then when they are old (like three times less). So while I don't know what's acceptable for you, you can still stretch the exposure to your unborn child by choosing higher quality wild caught fish. For oms you want the oily fish with high omega 3. They get the oil when they swim in cold water so for oms it's important to choose carefully to get the most out of the fish you do eat. All the best with your pregnancy. Also in case you weren't aware pregnancy often protects you from the the worst of ms but soon after it can come back with a vengeance. So also be looking ahead on what you might choose to do then.
