Lower back pain

I have had recently continuous pain in my back. The pain is especially on the area where LP sample was taken. LP has nothing to do with the pain but can ms cause back pain? Every time i stand up I feel stabbing pain and it takes some seconds to stand up properly. I have never had such pain before ms.

If the question is ever "Can MS cause...?". The answer is usually "yeah, for some people" I'm dealing with lower back pain now but I think it's more related to muscle/joint stress than MS

Yes, I have what can only be described as carrying around a dart board on my back, I've been carrying all week and it's on fire. It makes it hard to breath & is the primary reason for my MS hug. Amitriptyline works well for me, doesn't stop the pain hyper touch or spasm, but does bring it down to a level I can cope with, hope this help a little .k.
