MSers in Mearns area?
Hello again everyone!
Back on here as we are finally finally moving into a long term home (covid refugees from the states) and we will be up in Aberdeenshire, but might land in the Dundee catchment as the post code is DD. Anyway, looking for others in the area to learn more about their experience with providers in the area. My DMT nurse in Fife said that the neurologist she works with is heading to Dundee and that he is the one that set up the system with separate DMT nurses so I hope he sets that up in Dundee as well! Anyone in Dundee or Aberdeen, lmk your experience with providers, I am due to start on new DMT, trying to decide at the moment between Plegridy, Aubagio and Ocrevus (:eyeroll:).
@emosh I'm in Paisley area. When I seen your headline In Mearns area I thought I was close as I thought you meant Newton Mearns. So not as close as I first thought.
right! I think it's a bit of a local thing up here to call it Mearns - might have done better to just keep it simple with "Montrose-area" but that is confusing too because of the council dividing line just north of Montrose (which puts us in Aberdeenshire). Grumble changing council lines :P
