Coffee and paleo diet questions

Hi everyone, I'm just curious if anyone has given up coffee to try and improve symptoms/ reduce inflammation? I've had Ms since 2009 and have noticed my ankles are usually swollen and I have a very sensitive stomach to many foods. I usually eat pretty healthy but have recently decided to get more strict about the paleo diet, and have read mixed reviews on whether coffee and eggs should be allowed... Any thoughts on this? Anyone given up coffee and noticed improvements without excessive fatigue? And how the heck do I fight off sugar cravings without going nuts? Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Just reduced coffee intake over the past week - fatigue and irritability wore off after day three. Blood pressure reduced from 184/114 to 168/94, legs didn’t feel as heavy by the weekend. Had the munchies (have) though but made sure I had plenty of Granola on hand to nibble through.

I'm the opposite. I'd been drinking naturally-decaffeinated coffee for a number of years and saw a significant improvement after I went back to regular. I do try to limit myself to 2 (very large) cups a day and alternate with medicinal herbal teas.
