Side effects of Rebif

Hey fellow msers! I hope we are all feeling well today. I've recently been facing a very real and scary problem. I'm suffering terrible anxiety and I'm wondering if it's a side effect of Rebif. I've read all about the side effects of Rebif being flu like symptoms which seems to be the most common. Then secondary problems include anxiety. Has anybody else experienced anxiety as a side effect? If so what measures did you take to get over it or calm it down? Most days I'm terrified to leave the house but I get on with it because i have to. I just want it to stop.

@dukes0445 , anxiety is symptomatic of MS generally, as MS can be a hefty piece of baggage that we have to carry around with us. The frustrating thing with anxiety is that we can acknowledge that we suffer from anxiety, but it is another thing to do something about it. Consciously, we will try and avoid it, but our brain just seems to have other ideas! Yes, medications can bring anxiety to the fore. Here's some information from the MS Trust about anxiety, which may be useful :- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/anxiety
