Ocrelizumab (Ocrevus), Ofatumumab(Kesimpta) or Cladribine (Mavenclad)

I was diagnosed with RRMS recently and have been asked to consider the following DMTs. Any thoughts on people's experiences with them would be helpful. I'm really active (runner and triathlete) so want to also understand how the drugs might impact my exercise. thanks

I started on ocruvus and it was wonderful! I took it for 2 years, covid happened and with my immune system slightly immunocompromised bc of ocruvus I was sick really bad when I caught covid so when it was time for my next dose my dr made me switch to basic drug to let my body fully heal. So now I’m on copaxone but I don’t regret starting ocruvus first, great big first and then stabilized and go to first line so I’m okay with it all. But ocruvus was great not sure if I want to go through all that again though lol

@Mart5lfc

I’m on Ocrevus for RRMS and I’ve been great for the last two years. In November I’m starting my third year on it. I’ve had no relapses. I do suffer from fatigue but I do work shifts and have young children so there isn’t always a lot of time to rest. I’ve previously ran three marathons but I haven’t ran for a while due to the young ones but I want to get back to it. I’ve lost some weight in the last few months and feeling more energetic for it. Since I’ve been on Ocrevus I’ve felt the best I have in years especially since I’ve lost weight. Once my kids are all at school and I get the time back in the day I’ll be back to distance running and I’m about to turn 41! I do feel a lot of the tiredness is In the mind for me anyway. Ocrevus has proved to be a good drug for me and it has kept me in a job I never thought I’d be able to do with an ms diagnosis! Good luck
