Stopping gilenya
Howdy everybody I'm new here but not new to ms just a little question I'm coming off gilenya but am a bit worried about the backlash any tips would be grateful also any tips on leg exercises thanks in advance

Hi @blat and welcome. As you are probably aware, coming off Gilenya can involve some risk of a "rebound effect". Has this decision been discussed with your Neurologist? As far as leg exercises are concerned, here is as good a place an anywhere to start :- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/exercise Although, if you have specific concerns, you should discuss the possibility of a Neuro-physio assessment with your MS Nurse.
Hi I have come off gilenya, I did notice that the pain did come back a bit more . I was only off it for a month, then started tysabri. Hope you are starting something else that will help you. I also do Pilates on a Pilates machine, I find it helps & is an easy exercise, I'm not an exercise person. Hope you are not feeling to bad Victoria xx
