mS/panic/anxiety?

Evening! Hope ur ok. So I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for 11 years. Since my diagnosis 5 months ago.my anxiety has got so much worse. It's not bad all the time but will randomly come up and it's horrible!!! Does anyone else get this? Do u think it's because I haven't come to terms with things yet? Xx

@beccygreeneyes, the diagnosis of MS is HUGE! It's a life-changing event, similar to losing a close family member. Yes, there is still a life available to you, but it is reckoned that it will take about a year for you to get your head around it fully. It is a roller coaster ride, I'm afraid. You'll have good days, when you keep MS in it's place. And, you'll have bad days, when your MS seems to grow exponentially. Acceptance will come.

A life-changing diagnosis like this is enough to make anyone have panic attacks even if you haven't had one before. I expect they will settle down in time. ♡
