Congratulations 🎉. This is difficult. I think it depends how you feel. What does it mean if you relate your diagnosis?????? Can you manage the work? Do you require time off for appointments 🤷‍♀️.

Why? You felt able to do the job and got it on merit so why do you feel the need to share now? If you need help to do the role, personally, I would try to hold out I til the probationary period ends. Well done on getting the job.
