Should I be worried!?
So I try to stay active because I feel when I move my body, it helps me not have flare ups. I think I pulled something in my hamstring & now it hurts to walk. Also, my foot feels cold & numb from it. Should I be concerned?

@applejacks First of all, that's incredible to stay active. MS messes with your body's nerves. Based on what you described, it appears you didn't appropriately stretch in advance before your exercise. The issue in your hamstring appears to be muscular in nature and not necessarily nerves related. However, I would massage it with clove or castor oil to alleviate the pain or discomfort.
