Hi @yorkshireman. I am following a ketogenic diet and daily fasting between 16.30-8.30am. I have only been doing it for 6months, so far. I have noticed my fatigue has improved. I am due a MRI in middle of January. I am not 100% sold, but I am not on a DMT so feel “something is better than nothing “. I have lost water (initially) and some weight. I feel happier in myself because I feel I am doing something. Although, I totally understand that it is not for everybody. Christmas cake has been my weakness over the holidays 😂. I guess we need some pleasure. Good luck 😉.
