Tried to claim for PIP…
Sorry if it seems like all I do is rant…
Applied for PIP last year and finally received a telephone assessment this September. I have now received a letter saying they would not award me anything as I seemed FINE and NOT fatigued.
I would’ve loved to know how they could possibly assess fatigue over the phone?! If I didn’t answer the phone, then I would have been fatigued…
Please don't be too disheartened. A refusal is their default setting. Appeal and ask for their full refusal judgement. Use the turn2us website for help and the MS society employ people specifically to help in this situation. You do not have to be a member. They seem to think that everyone is a lying scammer and not that most need the financial help so that they can get by.
Anyone with ms deserves some financial support as we all go through hell with what we have to deal with. The points system is rediculous. Appeal and get some help with it
