Oms diet and going away
Hi, im only recently diagnosed and im following the oms diet, next weekend im going away and just wondered what people eat while on this diet when your away from home? Im thinking of taking some things with me but wont have access to a fridge or cooking stuff so not sure what to do
The OMS cookbook is worth buying and the OMS website has a huge number of recipes. Depends where you are going, eg George J says that Indonesia etc are great due to lots of seafood. I'd be interested in what advice you get here as I am well-overdue a holiday and don't want be stuck in a place where all they have is junk food!
