I’m getting my first MRI in about a week and there have been some questions about an implant I have in my middle ear. One hospital said they aren’t sure I can have the MRI and the other said it’s fine. I had the implant put in in 2011 and can’t find the specific type (just says Smart Piston Thermo on my discharge papers). Any help would be super appreciated! 🙂
