Looking for support

Hello all! This is my first post since my first flare 11/5/2018. I've read so many articles, blogs and books about MS that I feel overwhelmed by information. I haven't spoken about it publicly or sought out a MS support group because I just don't feel comfortable with it yet. I'm still angry, frustrated, sad and scared. I've tried to post my story before but I just keep erasing it. I've been isolating myself and just avoiding it altogether. I still do what's best for my symptoms (diet, exercise, therapy, etc) but other than that, I try to ignore it. However, today is a new day. I'm actively trying to be more social, and part of that is finally seeking a support group. I'm grateful that I found this site, and I hope to hear more stories and finally share my own. Thanks for reading, it means more than you know!
