Hello. Four years ago I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I'm taking Ocrevus, Fampyra. The doctor does not want to change my treatment because he says that the drugs help me because there are no changes in the MRI of the head and spine. Unfortunately, I have more and more problems with my legs. Pain in the feet and knees 24/24 which causes more problems with walking, a sharp burning pain in the calves and pain in the lower part of the spine. I also have problems with my hands. Tingling sensation and partial loss of sensation. Maybe someone had similar problems and knows how to fix it. Maybe some medications helped? I will be grateful for any help.
