Toilet Trivia

Hi all, was diagnosed about a month ago, was a shock because we had no idea, only found out cause I got taken into hospital when I woke up and my legs wouldn't work. Anyway, I've always had issues with toileting. I need to wee every 15 minutes or so, I don't get a 'oh I need a wee in a minute' it's all of a sudden o I need a wee now. Its stopping me going out unless I know there's a toilet/s along the route. Is there any medication you can be given to help with this?

@stacey_alexandra_slade , there are a number of medications available, but it's also wise to fully understand the problem. Your MS Nurse can advise on this issue and should be able to get you some incontinence advice. The following would be useful for you:- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/bladder-incontinence

@stumbler thank you. Only diagnosed 5 weeks ago so haven't got a MS nurse yet. Got my first consultant appointment mid January.
