I've been on Tecfidera since 2018 but had a 2.5 month break due to gut issues which have cleared up. Now I'm restarting Tecfidera - half a dose which is 240mg once a day for one week to see how i get on. I take the pill with food in the evening. Four hours later, I'm waking up with a very hot head and itchy wrists!!! Any one else had issues like this? The flushing isn't happening yet - this always used to happen with my morning dose....
