Internal Tremors in hands?

So I have noticed that I have developed a constant trembling feeling in my hands. It's not so visible you would really notice but I can feel it. I do have issues with dexterity in my hands but sometimes the feeling in my hands is pretty intense that I find myself sitting on them because it's such a strong feeling. Anyone else experience this and is there anything that can help with this?

Hi Sonia I also have tremor, sometimes visible and sometimes internal.. My Ms nurse suggested Propanalol, which does help, but does not stop it completely, but maybe worth trying. Hope this helps. Pam x
