I'm having a really hard time with this disease

Having a hard time adjusting to my new lifestyle I know it's better for me but after 44 years of the same things trying to change is so hard and I feel like I have to do it all at once how do I handle this im hungry all the time I need a cigarette and my mind is all over the place can't sleep im just a mess im πŸ€¦πŸΏβ€β™‚οΈπŸ˜©πŸ˜†

I think you should eat, smoke, drink and do whatever makes you happy. It’s not like your ms will go away anyway. Just my un-professional, non-medical opinion 😊

I definitely feel this. I'm 44 with 3 kids and sometimes it feels like I'm spinning ten plates at once. Diet, exercise, hydration, sleep, work, the house, the kids... it can get overwhelming really fast. What helped me was aiming low and building from there. Don't try to become a monk overnight. Maybe start with the vape, then portion sizes. Don't completely overhaul your diet on day one. Just aim to hit your protein target and let the meals naturally improve over time. Small changes stack up. One better choice today, another next week, and before you know it you're in a very different place. Your body's not a temple. Mine certainly isn't. Think of it more like a well-organised church. Some days that's all I've got in the tank, and that's enough. πŸ‘
