Symptoms coming back...not diagnosed.

I first posted here in 2020 when I was having intense symptoms. Wasn't taken seriously and told it was either related to my epilepsy or anxiety. Many of my symptoms stayed but weren't as intense but recently ones that pretty much went away have come back and some other things I've noticed as well. Luckily I have a Neuro appt scheduled for next week. For those diagnosed did they notice signs in the basic Neuro tests as well as MRI etc? What were they like for you?? My right side has been weaker for a few years now. When I do the walking on heels test my right foot barely comes of the floor, only the toes manage to stretch up a bit. I tried the finger to nose one this morning as that one was always fine but my arm and hand shakes now. Walking heel to toe I shake all over the place and lose my balance. I imagine my Neuro is only interested in what may be going on with my Epilespy...but I will be telling her about all the symptoms coming back and hopefully she will actually do all these tests and take it seriously. It's disconcerting it all happening again, as well as the stuff that just continued previously. I know there could be physical causes potentially, but even my GP believes I have genuine neurological symptoms.

Here is a blog post I wrote years ago about an MS diagnosis https://blog.debbiems.com/?p=262 Hopefully your neuro is an MS specialist. It's also not uncommon that a person can have more than one neurological problems, so an MS dx is important so you know how to proceed with treatment.

Yeah she is. I wonder if she will get a spine MRI done with symptoms coming back again
