Anxiety and how to manage it

Its not social anxiety, and I don't worry how others may view me but I do ruminate a lot if I make a mistake or something goes wrong and always think worse case scenario. I'm sure its not healthy and causes me unnecessary stress. I don't worry about MS so much these days, I think I literally burnt myself with that one, but I always seem to find something to worry about. If its not my health its my work, if its not work its money. I think I was born worrying :-) Does anyone relate or have any tips to manage it? I'm tired of it.

@sandwich I totally understand where you're coming from. Therapy (CBT), Yoga, Breathing, Meditation can help, (I meditate 10 min a day using Headspace app). Also trying to look at things rationally, and realising that everyone has some issues in one way or the other. You could also maybe write them down, or talk about it? I don't worry so much as such anymore, but I still have lots going round in circle in my head, nothing negative, just neutral thoughts that I try to gently acknowledge and brush away, I'd be nice to give my brain a rest. You're going in the right direction wanting to get rid of it. Good luck :D

@sandwich, I wonder if there's something in this webinar that may help :- http://eventcenter.commpartners.com/se/Meetings/Playback.aspx?meeting.id=718605 .
